Gluten Free Pilsner Pale Lager with millet and rice. A soft malt profile with spicy, floral hops. 5.0% ABV, 18 IBU

Cider
Our flagship cider made from wild-fermented English bittersweets and a blend of heritage apples. This cider captures the essential qualities of the fruit and the result is a well-balanced, dry cider, rich in tannins and bursting with juicy acidity.

Crisp, clean, and refreshing. Using only apples grown on our estate orchard, this is the best BC has to offer. Soft and delicate aromas, this prosecco-style cider finishes with a slight dryness with fruity and floral after taste. A really easy sipper. Pairs will with – everything.
