You may remember a delicious Sausage and Kale Soup recipe from early 2022; our Interior Sales Manager and soup fan Lisa Marie has provided yet another incredible (and easy) soup recipe for you to enjoy! This Potato and Chickpea soup can easily be made with meat, vegetarian as written, or even vegan. Whip this soup up for a quick dinner in and enjoy with your favourite DLV wine. It’s almost April and we’re excited to bring everyone another DLV staff recipe! This month’s recipe comes from our Cellar Hand Markus, who provided a wonderful, hearty pork roast recipe, perfect for those quiet Sunday afternoons. Braised slowly in the over, the roast becomes nice and tender and cooks in broth and red wine, which can be transformed into a delicious gravy.

With the sun starting to break through the clouds a bit more, and the days stretching longer one by one, we’re hoping that spring is well on the way in the Okanagan Valley. The nights, however, remain a bit frosty, so we’ve prepared another cold-weather recipe to keep you warm until spring arrives in full.
