Update



Our priority at Dirty Laundry continues to be the safety and well-being of our employees and customers. Our patio and tasting room are open. We have employed all recommended procedures and distancing requirements to keep our staff and guests safe while providing a memorable experience.

You can still purchase wine online or order take-out for pizza and wine online. You can also sign up for our Wine Club to receive contact-free delivery. 

We will be offering flat rate shipping ($10 on purchase of 6-11 bottles) and free shipping on purchases of 12 bottles or more through at least September 1st on all wine purchases. If you have any questions, our team is here to help at 250-494-8815 or via email at themadam@dirtylaundry.ca

Current Protocols As Of 08/20/2020

 

• Customers will be asked (on a volunteer basis) for contact information for one person per group prior to entering our establishment. This information will be kept for 30 days in accordance with the recommendations of the Health Ministry
• Increased sanitation of high touch surfaces
• Increased hand washing and sanitation by staff
• Increased sanitation of public and staff washrooms
• Cash registers have plexiglass to ensure physical distancing
• Encouraging the use of debit and credit cards rather than cash
• Decreased capacity for both the Wine Shop and Patio
• We are utilizing marks on the floor to encourage physical distancing
• All staff will sign a ‘Commitment to Safety’ and undergo a ‘Health Screening’ prior to their shift
• Encourage the use of an ordering app to order pizza
• Utilizing ‘entrance only’ and ‘exit only’ doors in the wine shop
• Hand sanitizer will be provided for all who enter the establishment
