    Kye's Syrah Dirty Laundry

    1. Syrah (Red)

    Syrah is one of the darkest and fullest-bodied wines in the world. This famous red wine is well-known for its strong initial flavor and its spicy aftertaste.

    According to Mason, Syrah is one of the most enjoyable wines both to produce and enjoy. He likes to pair his Syrah wine with lamb and other gamey meats to bring out the rich flavors it offers.

    2. White Hush (White)

    Mason is particularly proud of his latest creation, White Hush. It’s a balanced white wine made with grapes sourced from Summerland, and it pairs well with seafood such as oysters or soft cheeses.

    Our first run of this wine was only 1,200 cases. According to him, it’s one of the most balanced wines he’s made.

    3. Pinot Noir (Red)

    Dirty Laundry has a long history of delivering quality Pinot Noir every year. We rely on Mason to help us make this delicate and classy wine. 

    Pinot Noir takes some extra work to make, but it’s worth it, says Mason. The delicate flavors ensure this wine pairs well with herb crusted salmon, mushroom pizza or a simple charcuterie plate.
